Depression

Do you sleep more or wake up in the middle of the night; have feelings of helplessness or hopelessness? You’re not alone. 17.5 million Americans suffer from depression each year and 80% who receive adequate treatment significantly improve. Counseling can teach new coping skills and effective ways to stop negative thinking.

Anxiety

Do you experience excessive worry or feelings of apprehension, panic, or doom? Are you unable to stop thinking about and fretting over things you have no control to change? Relaxation, Christian meditation, and biofeedback might be helpful. Other helpful Cognitive Behavioral techniques include redirecting and redefining.
