Kyle Keller, LPC

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Regent University in Virginia Beach. He has 14 years of experience in the mental health field. He is trained in EMDR, a psychotherapy which has been proven to be effective in treating most types of psychological trauma, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.  Mr. Keller also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing for substance use disorders, Family Systems Therapy, Collin-Ross Trauma Model, and psychodynamic theories. 

Kyle earned a second bachelor’s degree in Christian ministry from St. Stephen’s University in St. Stephen, NB, Canada.  He is proficient in using the scriptures for encouragement and inner healing, and believes in seeking God’s wisdom and guidance for each individual during the counseling process.  Mr. Keller finds Proverbs 20:5 (NIV) especially relevant to his work as a counselor: “The purposes of a person’s heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out.”
